Professor Tominaga gave a keynote speech and Azizi gave a poster presentation at The 1st Africa conference of International Society for Microbial Electrochemistry and Technology (A-ISMET) held in Ain Sukhna, Egypt.

Professor Tominaga and Azizi visit the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Cairo National Research Center in Egypt to exchange opinions and inspect the pyramids.
